Refund and Returns Policy

At Behavioral Buzz, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

We stand by the quality of our products, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, let us know within 30 days, and we’ll send the correct one after you return the incorrect item.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of the following items within 30 days of delivery if they are Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect orders:

  • Towels
  • Bags (Tote Bags, Backpacks, Fannypacks)
  • Drinkware (Mugs, Coasters)
  • Notebooks
  • Stickers
  • Sweatshirts
  • T-Shirts

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or any alterations.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Final Sale Items: Products that are marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Used or Altered Items: Any item that shows signs of wear, use, or has been altered (washed, damaged) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check the size guide before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If your item meets the eligibility requirements, follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and any relevant details.
  3. We will respond with return shipping instructions and further steps.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was received damaged or defective.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  2. Please provide a detailed description and include photos of the damage or defect.
  3. We will either send a replacement item at no extra cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email that your refund is in process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts not due to our error.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item due to an incorrect order:

  2. Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unused, unwashed, with original packaging).
  3. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to expedite the exchange process.
